Hannah Brackston is a socially engaged artist based in Glasgow, Scotland who works with people and the places around them.

Hannah’s projects are often action-led and playful, taking place in nature reserves, pavements, rivers, neighbourhoods, fields and parks. Hannah makes mobile structures, runs workshops, organises meals and often collaborates in order to build creative inter-disciplinary projects that invite public participation and interaction - as a means to create new connections and to deepen the relationships between people and their environment and to empower their position with-in it. Her recent work directly involves people in live projects connected to sustainable habitats and food production.
